2) Specific “leader / follower” work (leading / following)

A “leader” or “follower” can be a man or a woman. We can work separately on each role’s specifics, then bring everyone together to dance:

Leader side: knowing how to lead and frame, intention, connection.
Follower side: knowing how to receive a lead, connection, movement.

3) Clear, motivating demonstrations

A duo can immediately show the connection, the rhythm and how Cuban salsa “really” works… without complicated explanations.

Is it suitable if nobody can dance?
Yes. It’s designed precisely for that. Beginners progress quickly thanks to a structured method, possibly with 2 teachers.

Do we need special clothing?
Comfortable clothes. Shoes you feel comfortable in (trainers are a good example). The goal: comfort and fun!
